Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using this website or requesting early access to OwlCall. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email hello@owlcall.ai.
1. What this site is
This website (owlcall.ai) is a pre-launch marketing site for the OwlCall product. No commercial service is currently offered through this site. Submitting an early access request does not create a contract or guarantee access to any product or service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from this site in an automated manner.
- Engage in any activity that is unlawful or harmful to others.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, and the OwlCall name and logo — is owned by OwlCall and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission.
4. Early access
Submitting an early access request means you would like to be contacted when OwlCall becomes available. It does not guarantee access, lock in any pricing, or create any obligation on either side. We reserve the right to accept or decline any early access request without explanation.
5. Call recording notice
The OwlCall product, when launched, will answer and record phone calls on behalf of business customers. Call recording laws vary by jurisdiction. In the United States, some states require all parties to a call to consent to recording (“two-party consent” states), including California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Washington. In Canada, federal law (Criminal Code s. 184) permits recording with the consent of at least one party, though provincial rules may vary.
OwlCall will provide a configurable disclosure announcement at the start of every call, notifying callers that the call may be recorded. Business customers are responsible for ensuring their use of OwlCall complies with the call recording laws of their jurisdiction.
6. Disclaimers
This site and any information on it are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content on this site. Pricing, features, and availability described on this site are indicative and subject to change before the product launches.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwlCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site shall not exceed zero dollars, as no commercial service is currently provided.
8. Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site and these links do not constitute an endorsement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We acknowledge that our primary customers are located in the United States and Canada, and we will update these terms as the product launches commercially to reflect appropriate jurisdiction for business customer agreements.
